Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death of Pamela Stavely Blount, age 67, of Louisville who died Wednesday evening, February 2nd, at Augusta University Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 6th at 2:00 PM at Taylor Funeral Home Chapel, Louisville, Georgia.
A native of Louisville, Pam was the daughter of Robert Ashley Stavely and Joyce Cobb Stavely. She graduated as class valedictorian from Bartow Academy in 1972 and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. She spent her career in accounting positions and was the finance and office administrator at Thomas Jefferson Academy for many years.
Ms. Blount was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her son, John Patrick Kelly (Dasha) of Louisville; daughter, Ashley Kelly Holley (Trent) of Wrens; grandchildren, Asher Holley, Addie Holley, and Emme Holley; sister, Debra Stavely Evans (Don); brother, Robert Anthony Stavely (Angela); nephews, Ryan Johnson, Anthony Stavely, Sam Stavely, Donnie Evans; aunts, Carolyn Andrews, Faye Harris (Billy), Ann Cobb, Elizabeth Cobb; uncle, Charles Smith (Bettilu).
The family will welcome friends at the residence of her sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Don Evans, at 3897 Bostic Mill Rd., Wadley, Ga., and visitation will be held from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to the service at Taylor Funeral Home, Louisville.

A private interment will be held at a later date.
