Larry L. Blair

Mr. Larry Lee Blair, age 72, of Old Mitchell Road in Gibson died at his home on Thursday morning August 18, 2022.

A memorial service to honor the life of Larry will be held1:30 PM Tuesday September 13, 2022, in the Fellowship Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Harwell & Mr. Billy Wasden officiating

 Mr. Blair was a native of Andalusia, Alabama a son of Walter Lee Blair and Martha Geraldine Chandler, but had made Glascock County his home since 1983.  Larry had worked as a deputy for Glascock County Sheriff’s Office for 5 years.

 Mr. Blair was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife Allison Blair, 4 sons, Shannon Stewart (Laura), Larry Lee Blair, Jr. (Bobbi), Charlie Folk (Katey), Gregory Blair, one daughter, Melissa King, 2 sisters Dianne Murphy and Linda Wasden (Billy), 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

 Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Care of Gibson is in charge of arrangements.
