Bubba Little Obituary
Taylor Funeral Home announces the death and funeral services of Mr. Kermit Thomas “Bubba” Little, Jr., age 67 of Wadley, who died Monday, March 11, 2019 at the Vero Health and Rehabilitation of Wadley.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Wadley Baptist Church with Rev. Rusty Manning officiating. Burial will follow in the Wadley City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rodney Mays, Brent Dye, Jeff Partridge, Kevin Maxwell, Bryant Partridge, Ollie Freeman & Bobby James. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gary Hutchinson, Wes Gordy, Jay Allen, John Henson, Wanda Brooks & Jamie McArthur.
A native of Wadley, Bubba was the son of the late Kermit Thomas Little, Sr., & Margaret Cecelia Hall Little. He attended the Jefferson County Training Center and retired from Oxford Industries in Wadley after many years of service as a serviceman. He was a lifelong member of Wadley Baptist Church, the Young Men’s Sunday School Class and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan.
Bubba was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his sisters & brothers in-law, Sandra & Randall Jones of Wadley, Martha & Floyd Mays of Louisville, Cecelia & Bruce Dye of Wrens, several nieces, nephews & friends.
The Little family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:00 PM prior to services Wednesday in the Church.
Those desiring, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wadley Baptist Church 225 N Main St, Wadley, GA 30477.
