MOXLEY
Mrs. Virginia Thomas Williams, age 88 of Highway 1, Moxley, GA died Sunday Morning May 10, 2015.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday May 12, in the Moxley United Methodist Church with Dr. Bill Daniels officiating. Pallbearers will be Joe Cox III, Drew Cooper, Justen Williams, Clint Williams, Will Madsen & Christopher Farmer. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams was a native and lifelong residence of Moxley, the daughter of the late John Edgar Thomas & Eddie Lee Deriso Thomas. She was a Avon sales representative for more than 40 years, a homemaker and lifelong member of Moxley United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, husband G.T. Williams. Beloved son Larry Williams, three brothers, Jimmy Thomas, Ray Thomas & Charles Thomas and a great grandson, Tray Davis. She is survived by five children, Patsy (Joe) Cox of Louisville, Peggy (Mark) Cooper of Louisville, Nancy (Mitchell) McGraw of Avera, Brenda (Wayne) Madsen of Rock Hill, SC and Tim (Dana) Williams of Louisville, 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends 1:00 until 3:00 PM prior to the services at the church.
