Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mr. Forrest (Trooper) Noble McDaniel, age 73 of Bromley Rowe, Duluth, Ga. who died September 13, 2016 in the North East Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville, Ga.

Graveside services, with military honors, will be held 2:00 PM Friday, September 16th, at East Shadowlawn Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceville with Mr. Jerry Lee Taylor officiating. Pallbearers will be:  Gary Taylor, Justin McDaniel, Allen Segars, Travis Wyrick, Jesse Wyrick and Daniel Taylor.

Trooper was a native of Atlanta but had lived in Duluth for many years. He was a United States Army Veteran and a retired truck driver with over 35 years of service. His biggest delight was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Mr. McDaniel was preceded in death by his father, Forest Bastin McDaniel and a sister, Sherry Ann Taylor and is survived by wife, Sybil Harrison McDaniel of Monroe; mother, Gaynell Lord of Duluth; daughters, Marsha and Stuart Matthews of Effingham, SC, Julie and Drew Segars of Winder and Robin and Lee Wyrick of Maysville; sons, David McDaniel of McDonough and Russell McDaniel of Monroe; sisters, Dixie Payne of Nicholson and  Ginnie McCroan of Duluth; brothers, Joe and Linda McDaniel of Bethlehem, Rocky McDaniel of Decatur, and Donnie Lord of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Crystal Inman, Gary Taylor, Jessica McDaniel, Justin McDaniel, Allen Segars, Katie Segars, William Mitchell, Travis Wyrick and Jesse Wyrick;  great grandchildren, Chasity Inman, Brayleigh Wyrick and 1 on the way, Cooper Noble Wyrick; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The McDaniel family will receive friends 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday, September 16th, at Bill Head Funeral Home Duluth Chapel, 3088 Highway 120, Duluth, Ga.
