Tracy Joe Hinton

Taylor Funeral Home of Gibson announces the death of Mr. Tracy Joe Hinton, age 49 of Calhoun Street Gibson, Georgia who died Tuesday evening June 24, 2014 at his residence.

Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday June 28, 2014 in the Gibson First Baptist Church with Dr. Dean Watson officiating.

Tracy was a native of Thomson but had lived in Gibson for many years. He was a United States Navy Veteran, and had retired from Kenna as a Machinist and was a member of Gibson First Baptist Church.

Mr. Hinton was preceded in death by his father Roy Hinton, Jr. and is survived by his daughter, Kayla Hinton, of Gibson, mother, Joyce Hinton of Thomson, brothers, Troy & Tonya Hinton of Evans, and Tony Hinton of Laurel, MS.

The Hinton family will receive friends following the service Saturday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Tracy's memory to Taylor Funeral Home 57 College Place Gibson, Georgia 30810.

Taylor Funeral Home Gibson is in charge of arrangements.
