Taylor Funeral Home Waynesboro announces the death and service of Shirley B. Nipper, age 81 of Telfair Pond Road, Waynesboro, who passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
A Time of remembrance will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, July 23, in the Taylor Funeral Home in Waynesboro, Georgia.
A native of Savannah, Mrs. Nipper was a 1954 graduate of Commercial High School. She was a homemaker and an avid animal lover.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, W.D. Bryan and Iva Wallace Bryan and is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Bobby E. Nipper of Waynesboro, son, Bobby E. (Carole) Nipper, Jr., of Greenville, SC., daughter, Lynda N. Bailey of Waynesboro, granddaughters, Crystal Bailey of Waynesboro and Amber (Sean) Duncan of Oviedo, Fl., great grandson, Owen Duncan, several beloved nieces, nephews & cousins.
