Roy Boulineau

Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mr. Roy Boulineau, age 81 of Church Street, Bartow, who died Monday, October 30, 2017 at his residence.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, November 3, 2017 in the Bartow City Cemetery, Bartow, GA, with Rev. Paul Harris officiating.

A native of Bartow, Roy was a son of the late Millard E. Boulineau and Mary Lou Brett Boulineau. He served in the Georgia National Guard, retired from the Washington State Prison as a Corrections Officer, and was a member of the Bartow Baptist Church where he was the worship leader and choir director for many years.

Mr. Roy was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nell B. Bouluneau and brother, Ronald Boulineau and is survived by his daughters, Angela and Tony Stavely of Louisville and Patricia and Greg Ledger of Bartow; grandsons, Anthony Stavely of Sandy Springs and Samuel Stavely of Sandy Springs; sisters, Ellen and Milton Kirkland of Loganville and Sue Stevens of Bartow; sister's-in-law, Linda and Johnny Joiner of Wrightsville and Joanne Ledford of Wrightsville; brother's-in-law ,  Lamar Blizzard of Adrian and Elmer and Martha Blizzard of Adrian; several nieces and nephews.

The Boulineau family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, November 2, 2017, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bartow Baptist Church, 7634 Church Street, Bartow, GA  30413.
