Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death of and services of Mr. Robert Walker Irwin, age 82 of Roswell who died Saturday June 24, 2023, at his home.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday June 27, in the Rose Dhu Cemetery in Vidette with Rev. Edward Salter officiating.

A native of Louisville, Walker was the son of the late James Oscar Irwin, Sr., and Jennie Moxley Irwin. He was a United States Army Veteran and worked for 35 years with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Walker is survived by his wife, Doris Farmer Irwin, of Roswell, nephews, David Irwin (Becky), William Irwin (Carol), Phillip Grabowskii (Rose), Harold Brinson (William), Bobby Irwin (Kelly), Jennie Simons (Floyd).

The family will receive friends following the service Tuesday at the Cemetery.
