Mary Jean (Watson) Mccreary

AUGUSTA - Mary Jean Watson McCreary, age 85, of Brookdale Senior Living, died Friday, August 19, 2011, in the Medical College of Georgia.
Graveside service will be private in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Capleville, TN.
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Mrs. McCreary was a daughter of the late John T. Watson, Sr. and Mary Estes Watson. She retired after several years of service as a secretary for the Baptist Hospital in Memphis, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Charles McCreary and Matthew J. McHugh; and a brother, John T. Watson, Jr., and is survived by sister-in-law, Emily Polhill Watson of Louisville; nieces, Polly Cowart of Evans and Hunter Cardinal of Taylors, SC, nephew; John Thomas "Tom" Watson, III of Louisville; several great nieces and great nephews.
