Mrs. Mary Perdue, age 89, of Perdue Circle Gibson, Georgia died Monday December 10, 2012 in the Gibson Health and Rehabilitation.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, December 13, in the Fellowship Baptist Church in Gibson, with Rev. Jacky Downs officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dean Reese, Lee Griffin, Jeff May, Ricky Todd, Darrell Usry and Robert Mathis.
A native of Glascock County, Mrs. Perdue was the daughter of the late Charlie & Omie Haywood Daniels. She worked over 40 years as a seamstress at the Gibson Garment Company was a home maker and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Mrs. Perdue was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ralph Perdue, brother Robert Daniels and son David Perdue and is survived by her daughters Kay & Keith Newsome of Gibson and Diane Clements of Texas, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
The Perdue family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 12, at the funeral home.
