Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and services of Mr. Joshua Farrer "Josh" Raines, age 27 of West Calhoun Street, Wadley, GA who died October 29, 2016 at his residence.
Service will be held at 6:00 PM Saturday, November 5, 2016 in the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home, Louisville, with Rev. David Boggs and Mr. Bill Brown officiating.
Born in Dublin, GA, Josh was a son of Stephen Farrer Raines and Tracy Ann Dean Raines. He had been employed by Palmer Heating and Air.
Mr. Raines is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Tilla Raines and Robert Blocker and is survived by his daughter, Kady Raines of Avera; parents Stephen Farrer Raines and Tracy Ann Dean Raines both of Wadley; sisters, Autumn Raines of Wadley and Holly Oliver of Kansas City, MO; brother, Stephen Raines of Kansas City, MO; grandparents, Charlie Dean, Jr. of Wadley, Melvina Blocker of Wadley and Shirley and Raiford Loyd of Forsyth; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The Raines family will receive friends 5:00 to 6:00 PM Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the Raines family request memorials be made to Taylor Funeral Home.
