Mr. John Lewis Henderson, age 65, of Warner Robins, formally of Louisville, died Saturday, August 24, 2013.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, August 29, in the Louisville City Cemetery with Rev. Dewey Henderson officiating.
A native of Louisville, Mr. Henderson was a son of the late John Taylor and Lois Estelle McNeely Henderson. He was a graduate of Louisville Academy and attended Augusta Tech. John served in the United States Air Force for 12 years, and had been employed by Walmart in the automotive department. He was a lifetime member of the Louisville United Methodist Church.
John was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Bernice Etheridge, Grace Henderson and Mary Frances Purvis, brothers Paul Henderson, Franklin (Frankie) Henderson and Gene (Buddy) Henderson and is survived by sisters Elizabeth Braddock of Thomson and Lillian-Katharine Blanos of Augusta, many nieces and nephews.
The Henderson Family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
