Taylor funeral home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mr. Joe Jackson, age 78 of Highway 24 West Louisville who died Tuesday May 9, 2018 at his residence.

Funeral service will be held 5:00 PM Saturday, May 12, 2018 in the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Webb officiating.

A native of Rocky Ford, GA Mr. Jackson was a son of the late J.W. Jackson and Mary E. Williamson Jackson. He was a United States Air National Guard Veteran. He retired after more than 20 years of services from Thermo King Corporation in Louisville Ga.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Hilda Jackson and a son Tommy Jackson and is survived by a son Gary Jackson & Lori; and a daughter Debbie Largen, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren several nieces & nephews.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Care of Louisville is in charge of arrangements.
