MITCHELL -  Mr. James "Jimmy" H Hutcheson, age 84 of Warren Street,  died Friday morning, September 26, 2014 in the Gibson Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, September 28, 2014 in the Mt. Nebo Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Tommy Pulliam and Elder Lee Price officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Clay Walden, Jacky Haywood, Anthony Griswell, Wayne Pulliam, Jamie Hawkins and Joe Dean Usry.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Bobby Jones, James Wilcher, Joe Beckworth, Andy Rodgers, Hubert Pulliam, Essie Griswell, Lee Griffin and Lewis Berry.

Mr. Hutcheson was a native of Adrian, GA and the son of the late Ralph and Robbie Kitchens Hutcheson. He had worked for Pulliam Lumber Company as a truck driver for many years before retirement and was a member of Mt Nebo Primitive Baptist Church in Mitchell, GA.

James was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his loving wife; Betty Cassedy Hutcheson of Mitchell, sons; Jack Hutcheson (Gail) of Thomson, Rick Hutcheson (Fran) of Warrenton and Jerry Hutcheson (Tracy) of Mitchell, grandchildren, Jason Hutcheson (Donna) of Gibson, Shannon Burton (Jason) of Dearing and Cassedy Hutcheson of Mitchell, step-grandchildren; Jason Scurry of Thomson and Kelley Branan (Michael) of Sharon, GA, sister; Jackie Sweeny of Augusta, brother Tommy Raley of Augusta, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The Hutcheson family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:30 PM Sunday before the funeral service at the church.
