Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services Mr. Gene Hyland Hall, III, age 32 of Wadley, who died July 10, 2023, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 15 in the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home Louisville. Burial will follow in Oaky Grove Baptist Church cemetery in Wrightsville.

Gene was born in Milledgeville, a son of Gene Hyland Hall, Jr. and Barbara Black Tapley.  He was a jack of all trades and a handyman with Black construction. Gene loved all things outdoors, especially fishing. He was a Georgia bulldog and Atlanta Falcons fan, his greatest pastime was spending time with his family & friends.

Gene was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Black Tapley and his step father Brian Tapley and is survived by his father  Gene Hall Jr. , a daughter Maddison Rogers Hall of Swainsboro, step mother Tracie Hall of Wadley, sisters Stephanie Hall of Bartow, Magan Watts of Wrens, Maggie Hall of Wadley, brothers David Black (Kendra) of Kite, Cody Tapley (Carli) of Louisville, Layton Hall of Wadley, grandmothers Judy Gingery of Wadley and Adell Black of Kite, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 15 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville.
