Frances (Brown) Lamb

Mrs. Frances B. Lamb, age 94 of Old U.S Highway 1 Wadley, died Monday, January 27, 2014 in the Vero Health and Rehab in Wadley.
Services will be held 3:00 PM Friday, January 31, in the Lambs Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Chris Shoemaker officiating.
Mrs. Lamb was a native of Swainsboro but had lived in Wadley most of her life. She had worked as a clerk with Gunn Drug Company for several years, was a homemaker, and a member of Lambs Chapel United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Lamb was preceded in death by her parents, Allen & Georgia Deen Brown, her husband E. B. Lamb, Jr., son E. B. Lamb, III and 8 siblings and is survived by daughter & son-in-law Pat & Bill Bragg of Louisville, daughter in-law Judy Lamb of Wadley, grandchildren Phil & Kelley Cowan of Statesboro, Amanda & Kenny Holland of Mineral Bluff, Brinson "Smitty" & SuzAnne Lamb of Tifton, Tim Lamb of Wadley, & Tammy Bragg of Milledgeville, 6 great grand-children several nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church on Friday.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Lambs Chapel United Methodist Church, c/o Vivian C. Upton, PO Box 816, Wadley, Ga. 30477.
