Carole S. Rogers

Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mrs. Carole S. Rogers, age 84 of Louisville who died Tuesday evening May 24, 2022, in the Pruitt Health Care of Old Capital.

Funeral services will be held graveside at Pinecrest Cemetery in Vidalia on 11:00 am, Friday, May 27, 2022.

Carole was a native of Higgston, Ga. and a daughter of Grady Swann and Myrtice O'Brien Swann.  She was 1955 graduate of Vidalia High School and a homemaker.

Carole was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert Rogers, 3 brothers John Swann, Fred Swann and Hubert Swann and 1 sister Anna Swann.  She is survived by 3 sons Allen Rogers of Ross, N.D., David Rogers of Dexter, MO, and Steven Kirkland of Brunswick, GA and 2 daughters Karen Blocker of Darien, Ga. and Kathy Kirkland of Augusta, Ga., 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
