Taylor Funeral Home of Waynesboro announces the death and funeral services of Mrs. Bobbie Genelle Favors, age 81 of North Augusta, SC, formally of Waynesboro, who died Saturday Morning, May 21, 2016 at her residence.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, May 23, in the Burke Memorial Gardens.
A native of Emanuel County, Mrs. Favors was a daughter of the late Jessie Parrish & Elizabeth Edenfield Parris. She worked several years with Piggly Wiggly in Waynesboro and with the Burke County EMA as an EMT for eight years.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Acey Favors, and seven brothers and is survived by two daughters, Karen Favors of North Augusta, and Robbie Favors Jones of Milledgeville; granddaughter, Mattie Eileen Jones of York County, VA; sister, Lucille Parrish Smith of Hephzibah and niece, Freda & Tim Chalker of Hephzibah.
