Taylor Funeral Home of Gibson announces the death of Mr. Billy Hadden, age 79 of Hadden Street, Gibson, GA who died Friday morning, December 4, 2015 in the University Hospital.
A Graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, December 6, 2015 in the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jacky Downs officiating.
Billy was a native of Jefferson County but had lived in Gibson for many years. He was a son of the late Doe and Susie Usry Hadden. He retired after many years of service as a supervisor from EZ-Go Textron.
Mr. Hadden is preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Connie Kirkendall Hadden, son; Victor Hadden, brothers; Ray Hadden and Johnny Hadden. Survivors include his sons; Tony and Lora Hadden of Thomson, and Ricky Hadden of Gibson, granddaughter; Crystal & DeWayne Rabun of Thomson and great granddaughter Macie Rabun of Thomson, special friend; Hazel Moore of Dublin, several nieces and nephews.
The Hadden family will receive friends 2:00 to 3:00 PM Sunday, prior to the service at the church.
