Taylor Funeral Home of Gibson announces the death of Mrs. Barbara Hasty, of Gibson, who died, Saturday, January 2, 2021 in her residents.

A private service will be held for the family at a later date.

Barbara was born February 21, 1951 in Augusta to the late Kermit Hasty and Hazel Perdo. She was employed by Wal-Mart. Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Amber Michelle Phillips, and survived by her son, Chris Rowlen (Ashlee) of Gibson, daughters, Marsha (Butler) Jason of Sandersville, Jennifer Starkey (Billy) of Augusta, sisters, June Owens (Ray), Amy Lane, brother, Eddie Hasty, several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Care of Gibson is in charge of arrangements.
