LOUISVILLE – Mr. Richard Allen Dudley, age 44 of Ellen drive, died Friday October 4, 2013.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, October 11th in the Louisville Associate Reform Presbyterian Church with Rev. Bill Cain officiating. Burial will follow in the Wadley City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Davis, Jamie Wheeler, Joel Clark, Mark Davis, Scotty Hattaway & Chip Evans.
Allen was a lifelong resident of Jefferson County, a graduate of Louisville High school and Augusta Tech. He was a member of Louisville ARP Church and was employed with Jefferson Energy Cooperative as a Computer Technician.
Mr. Dudley was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Ellis Dudley & Mr. & Mrs. Lamar Williford and is survived by wife of 17 years Terri Sparks Dudley, daughters, Maura Dudley & Jennifer Dudley all of Louisville, Parents Richard & Gail Dudley of Wadley, sister, Sabrina & Raymond Goetzka of Deepstep, nephew, Hunter Larimore of Deepstep, niece, Baylee Larimore of Deepstep, father & mother in-law, John & Bonnie Sparks, of Louisville, sister in-law, Laura Sparks of Louisville.
The Dudley family will receive friend 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday October 10th at the funeral home.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Dudley Children's education fund at Regions Bank.
