Wilma L (Hendricks) Gay

Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Ms. Wilma Laureen Gay, age 72 of Sandersville, Georgia who died Monday evening March 19, 2018 in Augusta University Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Wadley City Cemetery with Charles Hendricks officiating. Pallbearers will be; Matthew Cook, J.D. Riggs, Garrett Riggs, Blake Bridges, Tyler Bridges and Bryan Tapley.

A native of Wadley, Wilma was the daughter of Raymond and Mary Hutchins and Clifford Hendricks. She was a graduate of Wadley High School and attended Swainsboro Technical College. She enjoyed being involved in the family business, Hutchins Seafood, held various clerical positions before retireing and was a member of Louisville Church of God.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Zachary C. Riggs, and brother, Scott Hendricks. She is survived by her daughters, Susie Riggs of Sandersville, Ga. and Pam Bridges of Powder Springs, Ga., son and daughter in law, Casey & Nancy Bridges of Braselton, Ga., brothers; Billy Hendricks & Linda, Gary Hutchins & Eileen, and Tim Hendricks, and sisters; Tammy, Karen and DeAnne Hendricks, several nieces, nephews and friends.

The Gay family will receive friends Thursday March 22, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Funeral Home.
