Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mr. William Tony Belcher, age 59 of Highway 319 Bartow, died Saturday evening, September 16, 2017 in Doctors Hospital. 

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, September 23, 2017 in the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home in Louisville, with Rev. Hugh Baxter officiating. Burial will follow in the Bartow City Cemetery with Masonic Graveside rights. Pallbearers will be: Gary Belcher, Barry Belcher, Gary Hughes, Clay Hodges, Kelvin Hodges and L. C. Clark. Honorary Pallbearers will be the members of Stonewall Masonic Lodge.

 Mr. Belcher was born May 17, 1958 in Jefferson County, a son of the late Enon Alvin Belcher and Eloise Peeples Belcher. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson Academy in 1977 and worked as a Mail Carrier with the United States Postal Service for more than 30 years. Tony was a Master Mason and a member of Stonewall Masonic Lodge 98 F. & A.M. and was serving as Worshipful Master.

 Tony was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by beloved wife of 38 years, Evey Belcher of Bartow; daughter, Toni Bell and Donnie Kirkland of Swainsboro; granddaughters, Kyli Bell and Kati Kirkland; brother, Don and Terri Belcher of Dallas, TX; several aunts, uncles & cousins.

 The Belcher family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, September 22, 2017 at the funeral home.
