Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mr. Timothy D. Jackson, age 55 of Highway 24 West, Bartow, who died Wednesday evening at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 9, 2016 in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home, Louisville with Rev. Dewey Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Davisboro City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jerry Jackson, Tommy Dukes, Nicolas Jackson, Brian Lewis, Tony Younce and Gordon Mays, Jr.
A native of Augusta, Mr. Jackson was a son of the late Carl Jackson and Shelby Jean Holton Jackson. Before retiring, Timothy was a mixer and dryer operator for Thiel Kaolin Company in Sandersville.
Timothy is preceded in death by his parents, a sister; Renee Jackson and brother; Carlton Jackson and is survived by his loving wife; Regina Lewis Jackson of Bartow, sons; Timothy Jackson, Jr. and wife Emily of Davisboro, TJ Jackson of Bartow, Tray Jackson and his wife Christy of Evans, daughters; Taylor Jackson of Bartow and Tara Jackson of Avera, and 6 grandchildren: Jackson Dukes, Luke Jackson, Beau Jackson, Gage Jackson, Autumn Jackson and Dalton Jackson, several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday at Taylor Funeral Home.
